Meeting Summary for A Deep Dive Into TR8DE AI Trading Bot

Dear Task Force Community,

On June 27, 2025, our community gathered for an exciting Zoom meeting to take a deep-dive into the TR8DE AI Trading Bot to showcase it's intuitive and easy to navigate User Interface. Hosted by General Kev, Dorian Saunders & SgM Debra, they outlined the functions available to users including the opportunity to refer to a Video Tutorial Playlist carefully crafted to assist members in signing up and connecting exchanges using the AI Bot to its best potential. Here’s a recap of the key points of the meeting:

Community-Driven Trading Bot Development:

Dorian and General Kev discussed the pivot to a new solution for the community, emphasizing the importance of the community's involvement over the project's success. They highlighted the efforts of the tech team and leaders in developing a user-friendly trading bot for beta testing, with a focus on gathering feedback to refine the product. Sergeant Major Debra shared insights from the alpha testing phase, noting the need for a seamless onboarding process and addressing potential glitches during the beta phase. General Kev outlined the significance of community unity and the steps taken to rebuild that spirit, expressing confidence in the project's potential for success with a unified approach.

Trade AI Back Office Interface:

The meeting focused on introducing the Trade AI trading bot's back office interface to participants. General Kev demonstrated the dashboard features, including credits management, where users can purchase trading credits using XRP or TRX tokens, and explained that each credit costs $1. He showed how to upload funds and emphasized that tutorials and PDF manuals are available for guidance. General Kev also discussed the upcoming availability of bots for different exchanges, noting that while Binance is currently unavailable due to UK regulations, Hyperliquid bots are ready but still in development.

Trade AI Affiliate System Overview:

General Kev demonstrated the back office of the Trade AI affiliate system, highlighting its three-tier structure with a 5% commission for each level. He showed features like referral tracking, commission metrics, and a calculator for team structuring, emphasizing its sustainability and the company's quick response to any detected bugs within the system. General Kev also introduced tutorials and guides for users and encouraged feedback for specific tutorial needs. He stressed the importance of community and platform improvement, with 85% of earnings going to the platform's development.

Trade AI Credit Management Explained:

SgM Debra and General Kev clarified the distinction between credits (TRX and XRP) used in Trade AI accounts for winnings and actual trading funds, which must be reserved in exchanges. They discussed payout management, emphasizing that Trade AI uses TRX for payouts and members can choose between centralized exchange accounts or decentralized wallets for receiving payments. General Kev demonstrated disconnecting a Hyperliquid exchange account to show how connected balances are displayed in Trade AI, noting that connected exchanges with HyperLiquid have a 180-day limit and must be monitored to avoid losing trading functionality.

Community Support and Task Force:

General Kev emphasized the importance of community support and shared details about a new Task Force designed to help members succeed, while Dorian praised the tutorials and documentation provided by General Kev. SgM Debra highlighted the significance of teamwork and respect within the group.
